The chalet, facing the river
Chalet Au5000 faces the Saint-Maurice River in Shawinigan Bay. Open your eyes to the water and the forest, enjoy your coffee by the stream, and end the evening around the outdoor fire pit. All this just 1.5 hours from both Montreal and Quebec City.
Hosting that feels like home
The living space is open and full of light, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for big family dinners. You drift from the table to the bar, from the bar to the pool table, and the evening flies by without anyone watching the clock.
The pool, all year long
The indoor pool is heated to 30°C and overlooks the Saint-Maurice River through a large bay window. Outside, whether it's snowing, raining, or sunny, inside, the water is always the perfect temperature. You can swim in January or July, without checking the weather forecast.
Everyone gets a room and a bathroom
Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests (four Queen beds and one King), and each bedroom has its own bathroom. No morning line-ups, no negotiating for the shower: everyone gets their own space, and everyone actually sleeps.
Plenty to do outside
