Booking Process
All bookings begin with submitting a request via the form available on this website. I will confirm availability and the price of your stay. Following your reply, I will send you the necessary documents for your booking (rental agreement, information form to complete, and a quote). Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the completed information form.
Payment
Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer (the most secure method) or by Visa or Mastercard credit card. (American Express is not accepted.) No online payments are processed through this website. A $1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your electronic payment terminal. The security deposit will be returned 48 hours after your departure.
Cancellation
If the cancellation is notified by sending an email to residenceau5000@gmail.com, at least 30 days before the start date of your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded less $50 plus taxes for administration fees.
Check-in and Check-out
The chalet is available from 4 pm and check-out is before 11:30 am. I will be happy to personally welcome you, show you around Au5000 (there is no key box), and answer any questions you may have. The security deposit pre-authorization will be processed at the end of your check-in.
House Rules
The maximum capacity is 10 people (including children over 4 years old). Any additional guests staying during the day must be notified at the time of booking. Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet. Pets are not allowed. A $160 cleaning fee applies to each stay. Events can be arranged Monday through Thursday, for a full or half day.
Damages and Liability
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the chalet or its contents during their stay. Any damage noted upon departure inspection will be deducted from the security deposit. The owner reserves the right to invoice the cost of repairs exceeding the deposit amount. The establishment is registered with CITQ under number 314390.
